We collect minimal personal data strictly for operational routing and client communication. Data collected via our intake forms (Calendly) includes your name, corporate email, and technical infrastructure details necessary to perform system audits.
2. Data Processing & UK GDPR Compliance All submitted data is processed under the lawful basis of "Legitimate Interests" and "Contractual Necessity" as defined by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We do not deploy non-essential tracking cookies on this domain. We do not sell, broker, or rent your operational data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure Meeting scheduling is routed through Calendly. When booking a technical audit, your data is processed by Calendly's secure infrastructure. CreSS does not store this data locally unless an active vendor contract is initiated.
